1. Bookings and Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit of 350 USD is required to secure your reservation for a Puro Padel Retreats experience.
• Full payment is required at least 45 days before the retreat start date.
• Bookings made within 45 days of the retreat start date require full payment at the time of booking.
• In the event that a retreat is booked and the remaining balance of the full payment is not paid 45 days before the retreat start date, the booking will be canceled, and the deposit is non-refundable.

2. Minimum Participants

• Puro Padel Retreats requires a minimum number of participants for each retreat to operate.
• If the minimum number is not met 30 days before the retreat start date, the retreat may be canceled, and your deposit will be fully refunded.
• Once the minimum participant number is reached, you will receive an email confirming the retreat and advising you to book your flights.

3. Flights, Visas, and Insurance

• Flights, visas, and health insurance are not included in the retreat price and are the sole responsibility of the retreater.
• Puro Padel Retreats is not responsible for any costs associated with flight changes, visa applications, or medical expenses.
• We strongly recommend that all retreaters purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential cancellations, medical expenses, and other unforeseen events.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• By Retreater: The 350 USD deposit is non-refundable once paid. If you cancel your reservation after the 45-day full payment deadline, no refunds will be issued.
• By Puro Padel Retreats: If Puro Padel Retreats cancels a retreat (e.g., due to insufficient participants or for reasons outlined in the Force Majeure clause below), you will be offered the following options:
  
  • Transfer your reservation to another available retreat.
  • Receive a full refund of your deposit.

5. Retreat Inclusions

The following are included in your Puro Padel Retreats experience:

• Transportation from the airport to the accommodation.
• Welcome dinner on the arrival day at a handpicked restaurant to kick off the experience.
• Breakfasts every day.
• Accommodation (in private room or shared room according to what has been selected by the retreater).
• One night drinks activity.
• One tango class activity.
• One asado experience activity (includes transportation, food and drinks).
• 1.5hs of padel classes every morning Mon-Thurs.
• 1.5hs of padel games every afternoon Mon-Thurs.
• A tournament on Friday.
• Water and a fruit at padel court every day.
• Padel racket in case you need one.

6. Liability

• Puro Padel Retreats is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the retreat.
• Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the retreat.

7. Force Majeure

• Puro Padel Retreats shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, epidemics, pandemics, civil unrest, government regulations, or natural disasters (“Force Majeure”). In the event of Force Majeure, Puro Padel Retreats will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or reschedule the retreat where possible. 
  
   

8. Code of Conduct

• All retreat participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards other participants, staff, and the local community. Puro Padel Retreats reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant from the retreat whose behavior is deemed disruptive, offensive, or unsafe.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Puro Padel Retreats reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
